Activities
Activities – This module in CRM gives an overview of your day-to-day sales activities. You can view the tasks/calls that you have done for your leads/deals here.
The tasks or calls that you have planned to do for your leads/deals will be listed here. It will be listed as Overdue, Today, Tomorrow and Later. The tasks and calls will be listed along with the user(support operator) who created the task/call.
By using this module, users can track their daily to-do-s and boost up their sale performance.
Detailed View
On clicking on the Tasks/Calls displayed in the Activities window, you will be able to view the entire details such as Task Information, Lead Information, Calls, Tasks, Notes, Tickets associated to the respective lead.
Filter Leads
Filter the leads created/generated based on the products or users(support operators). This will help you analyze your day-to-day tasks better. Use the Search option present at the top to search tasks/calls quickly.
Summary
This module shows you the lead/deal wise summary of all the sales activities. View the summary day/month wise or in any custom range using the calendar option associated. This will help you to analyze the importance given to each lead/task.
Summary will display detailed about the lead created date & time, the user who created it, date/time in which the lead was converted to deal, task created date, etc.
