Create App Password in Gmail

Gmail not allow to use his account password in any apps. So that We have to create separate “App Password” to use in other apps. App Password can generate only admin rights users

Steps to create App password:

  • Login into your gmail account
  • Open “Manage Your Google Account“

  • Go to “Security” menu

  • Enable “2-Step Verification” under “Signing in to Google” tab
  • Click “App Password” under “Signing in to Google” tab

App Password

  • It opens login window, fill your account password
  • After that, Select “Other” from “Select App” dropdown
  • Now type “OutputDesk” in shown textbox
