CRM Reports can be viewed in Administrator’s login. At the left panel, you can find the Reports icon.

Open Deals Report
This report provides you the list of all deals that are currently in open & which are to be given attention so that you can take it to the next level in pipeline. You can filter date/month wise & get insights.
Deals Lost
This report gives you insights on the deals lost. You can view the list of lost deals using date/month filter & get to know what you business is missing in closing sales.
Call Report
This report provides you the report of your calls. This will help administrator to monitor how much calls are made by operators in a day/week/month. You can know which operator made or received call, insights of the call.
Export Reports
You can find the Export to CSV button at the top of each of the report.
